Step onto the award-winning, Smithsonian-style mobile museum that exposes the realities of solitary confinement through immersive exhibits, audio stories, and artifacts curated with directly impacted people. Then, stay for a survivor-led teach-in that connects what you’ve seen to the policy, practice, and people working to end torture in our name.
What to Expect
Guided Bus Tour (rolling entry): Experience powerful, interactive exhibits that trace the history, harms, and human cost of solitary confinement—and the movements pushing for change.
Teach-In (survivor-led): A dynamic briefing with ISSC leaders, advocates, and allies covering lived experience, current reforms, and concrete steps communities can take. We’re honored to welcome Naquasia Jones of the National Religious Campaign Against Torture (NRCAT) to our survivor-led Teach-In.
